The cause
Since the beginning of this fund-raising event, more than $6,500,000 has been raised and 14 researchers repatriated since the start of the Brain Repatriation program.

The funds raised by this fund-raising event are used in particular to finance this program, carried out in collaboration with the CRCHUM, which aims to attract oncology researchers to Montreal by offering them a start-up fund for a 5-year period. This unique and innovative program helps counter the exodus of researchers, a phenomenon that threatens scientific progress in oncology and the influence of Montreal researchers.
