Research Focus

Antoine Desilets’ team focuses on the development of investigator-initiated clinical studies at the CHUM, as well as the analysis of genomic and transcriptomic biomarkers of response identified through next-generation sequencing (NGS) and liquid biopsies. In collaboration with the translational research teams at the CRCHUM, our projects evaluate various therapeutic regimens in lung cancer, head and neck cancer, or melanoma, in either the neoadjuvant or advanced context. These studies involve collecting pre-treatment tumor samples for correlative analyses and serial blood specimens for quantifying circulating DNA throughout treatment.
